This course was designed to be done once a week for 7 weeks but you can take as much time as you like and move at a slower pace if you prefer.
Each module is designed to take about 25-30min to complete.
To set yourself up for success, I recommend adding it to your calendar and making this time for yourself a priority. This is a commitment you’ve made to yourself. To take care of you. To include yourself in the people you care for each and every day. By adding it to your calendar, you are claiming this time for yourself.
