Join us Saturday, May 11 at 9am PST as Dr Johnston shares her story of the challenges of navigating burnout and the hormonal changes of menopause. By learning to come home to herself in body, mind and spirit, she’s been able to reframe this challenging time in her life as a time of transformation, of life inviting her to live a life that’s more aligned with who she really is, rather than who society tells her to be.

Following her talk there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion as we explore this important topic together. Bring your questions and join us for this lively discussion!

Those attending live will be entered to win ONE 60min individual coaching session with Dr. Johnston at a mutually convenient time after the event.

Cost is $19 CAD which includes attendance at the event plus lifetime access to the recording in your course portal.

We hope you can join us for this fun and engaging event!
