Welcome!!! I’m so excited you’ve decided to join me on this adventure!
The first course “Reclaiming Our Power, Reclaiming Ourselves” is designed to be done once a week for 7 weeks but you can take as much time as you like and move at a slower pace if you prefer. We’ll move through a different topic each week where you’ll be given journaling prompts to deepen your exploration of the material, invitations to home practice to integrate the material into your life and resources to take deeper look at a particular topic.
Each module is designed to take about 25-30min to complete.
To set yourself up for success, I recommend adding it to your calendar and making this time for yourself a priority. This is a commitment you’ve made to yourself. To take care of you. To include yourself in the people you care for each and every day. By adding it to your calendar, you are claiming this time for yourself. I hope you enjoy it!
The second course “Coming Home to Ourselves at Midlife” consists of a total of 24 videos which can be watched in order or you can pick and choose according to your interest or allow your intuition to guide you to what would be most helpful for you to hear.

Each video is about 10-15min in length with a few that are a little shorter and the one on hormones which is a little over 20min. Each video is also available as an audio-only file for those who like to listen on-the-go in more of a podcast type experience.
