Navigating menopause can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone
Did you know menopause symptoms can start in our 30s and last well into our 60s and beyond? Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes, are deep in the midst of this transition, or are starting to come out the other side, this two-part series offers support, education, and connection.
Join Dr. Shana Johnston and a small group of women for intimate, honest, and empowering conversations about both the physical and emotional aspects of menopause.
This two part miniseries is designed to meet you where you are. You can join one session or both, in any order that suits your needs.
Part 1: Hormone Basics
In this workshop, we’ll primarily focus on the physical and/or hormonal aspects of the menopause transition with plenty of time for Q&A
This session is perfect for anyone seeking to better understand the physical and hormonal shifts of menopause. Through an interactive Q&A format, Dr. Johnston will answer your questions about hormone physiology, risks/benefits, types of hormone therapy as well insights from her own experiences.
Part 2: Navigating Menopause Together
This session centers around community, connection, and learning from our shared experiences and collective wisdom. Inspired by Dr Johnston’s original Connecting in Community groups, we’ll come together to share, learn and grow together through journaling, small group connection and large group discussion.
While Dr. Johnston will guide and facilitate, the heart of this session lies in the shared experiences and wisdom of the group.
