Empowered Menopause Course

I created this course in early 2026, a little over a year after I started running my 2 part menopause group visit Menopause, Let’s Talk About It  for residents of BC.

There was SO much I wanted to share in two 90min visits, and I wanted to use the group time for questions and connection, so I created this course to bring together everything I’d learned about menopause up to that point. From the medical information I had learned from attending several menopause conferences to my own embodied experiences with struggling to find the right combination of hormones to all the other ways I was supporting myself through this transition.

Part One: Hormone Basics

In part 1, we do a deep dive on hormones:

  • Hormone physiology
  • Risks and benefits of hormone therapy
  • Deeper dive on hormones with a  “sister to sister” conversation about
    • Progesterone
    • Estrogen
    • Testosterone
    • Stress and its impact on hormones

For a taste of what we cover in part 1, I’d be happy to email you my 40min hormone basics video which covers a high level overview of each of these topics.

Part Two: Sleep, Sex & Self‑Care

In part 2, we’ll do a deep dive into sleep, sex and self care:

  • Sleep – both medical and non medical ways of supporting our sleep
  • Sex – “sister to sister” conversation about sex and libido
  • Self care – exploring ways of caring for ourselves during this challenging transition
    • boundaries and conscious choices
    • cultivating self compassion
    • regulating our nervous system
    • expressing emotions
    • embracing our cyclic nature
    • nurturing our spirit through creativity, joy and play
    • Reconnecting with our feminine essence and inner wisdom

Menopause: A Portal to Our Wisdom Years

One of the things that helped me the most in navigating my own rough menopause transition was reminding myself that menopause is not something to be endured. It’s a portal. A way of Life shining a bright light on our lives so we can make better, more aligned choices which help guide us “home” to ourselves. To who we really are under all of the conditioning. So we can become the matriarchs, the wise women, the elders that our world so desperately needs.

I recorded an online version of a talk I gave a couple of times on this topic. I hope it helps to remind you that you are not crazy or broken. You are moving through a time of growth and transformation. Where Life is inviting you “home” to yourself in body, mind and spirit. I hope you enjoy it.

I know how rough this transition can be… and I want you to know that my heart is with you. Every step of the way.

Sending you so much love sister 💗
