You’ll explore practices that support you in reconnecting with your truth, tending to your nervous system, and living in greater alignment with your authentic self.

We each carry an inner wisdom that’s always available to guide us. Through grounding practices, embodied exploration, and heartfelt inquiry, this course helps you tap into that wisdom and bring it forward into your daily life.

How Does It Work?

The course was designed to unfold gently over 7 weeks, with each module taking about 25–30 minutes to complete. But this is your journey. You move at your own pace.

Each session is designed to offer a sanctuary from the busyness of your everyday life. 

We begin each session with the ritual of lighting a candle to open our time together then move into a grounding meditation. We’ll spend 10–15 min discussing the week’s theme then offer 2-3 journaling prompts to allow you to reflect on ways to integrate this teaching into your life. You’ll then be offered some suggestions for weaving the learning into your everyday life as well as resources to deepen your learning. Finally, we’ll close with an inspirational reading.

You’ll also receive a thoughtfully created 2-page PDF for each session to anchor your learning and support your home practice. Some sessions also include additional resources such as a guided meditation or visualization, or a supplemental PDF to help deepen your understanding.
